Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. 

How can I track my order?

You will automatically receive a tracking number once your order ships to the email provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order — we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase and will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at monkeyloveonline@gmail.com with your name and order number in the subject line.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Cost of shipping and return shipping are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping your return back to us. Packages must be postmarked within the 14 day return window to receive a refund.

Exchanges are not available due to limited inventory quantities. You will need to place a new order if another item catches your eye.

Sale and clearance items, gift cards, and custom orders are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at monkeyloveonline@gmail.com within 14 days. 

Damaged or defective items will need to be returned to us. We will do our best to replace the item and/or send the correct item as soon as we receive your return. We will issue a prepaid shipping label to you to return the item. 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Please email us to monkeyloveonline@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
